Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains client files and ensures accurate account information.
• Processes policy change requests and endorsements.
• Orders renewal policies and verifies them against proposals.
• Enters and rates policies in carrier websites and issues standard certificates of insurance.
• Provides back‑end support to ensure timely client service within compliance standards.
