You will process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely, compliant service and a superior client experience. The role emphasizes back-end service work, data entry in agency systems, and collaboration with carriers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Customer Service.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; may be required depending on location.
• Knowledge of insurance markets, products, services, and underwriting procedures.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintains client files with accurate account information.
• Processes policy change requests and endorsements.
• Verifies endorsements for accuracy and prepares for delivery.
• Orders renewal policies and verifies them against proposals.
• Enters and rates policies in carrier websites and orders new policies as needed.
• Issues standard certificates of insurance and auto ID cards.
• Supports back-end service work and handles mail, calls, and walk-in traffic.
