Relation Insurance Services is seeking a Client Service Specialist for our Small Business Unit to handle policy endorsements, renewals, and servicing for small commercial accounts. You will process changes, ensure accuracy, and support the client experience while adhering to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required within 90 days of hire.
• AINS/CISR designation preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; location dependent.
• 1+ year experience in Customer Service preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance markets, products, and underwriting procedures preferred.
• Personal lines knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be computer literate and able to learn new software.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Process renewal policies and endorsements in the Agency Management System.
• Enter and rate policies on carrier websites; issue certificates of insurance.
• Follow up on new business submissions with non-managed carriers.
• Track payments and monitor direct bill status to prevent cancellations.
• Maintain accurate account records and respond to client requests promptly.
• Support back-end service work and internal compliance standards.
• Adopt proprietary AI solutions to improve client service processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
