This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands insurance agency operations, knows how to develop strong managers, and can turn ideas into consistent execution.

What You'll Do: Lead and develop department managers and team leads; oversee day-to-day agency operations and improve efficiency,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading managers or multiple departments.
• Strong understanding of insurance agency operations and workflows.
• Experience using KPIs, scorecards, and data to manage performance.
• Ability to develop people and drive process improvements.
• Florida P&C experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop department managers and team leads
• Oversee day-to-day agency operations and improve efficiency, productivity, and service
• Establish clear accountability and performance standards
• Use KPIs, scorecards, and reporting to identify issues and drive results
• Improve workflows, SOPs, training, and quality assurance
• Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Partner with our Systems Director on automation, technology, and workflow improvements
• Lead operational initiatives and resolve issues before they reach executive leadership
