The role focuses on identifying problems, implementing solutions, and ensuring effective execution across the agency.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in P&C insurance, proven leadership, and a track record of using KPIs and data to manage performance while developing people and processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead managers and team leads across agency departments.
• Oversee daily operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Establish accountability and performance standards.
• Analyze KPIs, scorecards, and reporting to identify issues.
• Improve workflows, SOPs, training, and quality assurance.
• Develop managers and strengthen departmental leadership.
• Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Collaborate with our Systems Director on automation and technology.
• Lead operational projects and process improvements.
• Solve problems at the operational level before they reach executive leadership.

Insurance Operations Executive/Director

Florida Best Quote Insurance Agency | Largo, FL | Full-Time Leadership Role

Florida Best Quote Insurance Agency is looking for an experienced insurance operations leader who is comfortable identifying problems, developing solutions, and making sure those solutions actually get implemented.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can work with managers, improve processes, analyze performance, and help move an agency forward.

What You'll Do

• Lead managers and team leads across agency departments
• Oversee daily operations and identify areas for improvement
• Establish accountability and performance standards
• Analyze KPIs, scorecards, and reporting to identify issues

• Develop managers and strengthen departmental leadership
• Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and performance management

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of P&C insurance experience
• Significant independent insurance agency or brokerage experience
• 3+ years of proven leadership experience
• Experience managing managers or multiple departments is preferred
• Strong knowledge of insurance agency operations
• Experience using KPIs, scorecards, and data to manage performance
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to improve processes and develop people
• Ability to hold people accountable and lead change
• Florida P&C experience is preferred.

Compensation

$80,000-$100,000 plus performance-based annual bonus.
