You will build a personal book of business, meet with owners and employees, and conduct presentations while following structured processes. Compensation includes draw pay, commissions, and bonuses as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license.
• Strong sales and presentation skills.
• Comfortable mentoring and training teammates.
• Ability to build and manage a personal book of business.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions.
