Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking a Field Trainer & Sales Representative to guide clients through insurance solutions and to train team members for success. You will build a personal book of business while following structured processes to ensure consistent service.

The role offers weekly draw pay plus commissions and bonuses as an independent contractor, with in-person, business-to-business and individual sales across a structured sales environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires ability to present insurance solutions to clients and to train and mentor team members.
• Must be licensed in Health & Life or be willing to obtain a license with reimbursement provided.
• Strong communication, organizational and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions.
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Build and manage a personal book of business.
• Mentor and train new team members with clear guidance.
• Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships to ensure consistent service.
• Collaborate with management to set goals and track progress.
