Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking a Field Trainer & Sales Representative to guide clients through health and life insurance solutions and to mentor teammates. This in-person role focuses on building a personal book of business and delivering consistent client service.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure consistent service.
• Collaborate with management to set goals and track progress.
