Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Handle inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing
• Conduct needs‑based reviews to educate customers about available insurance options
• Deliver timely and thorough activity reports to agency management
• Stay current on product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education requirements
• Uphold a strong work ethic, demonstrating a commitment to success and accuracy each day
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture
