Amica Mutual Insurance Company in Liberty Lake, WA, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle nationwide calls, assist with billing and policy changes, and build trusted relationships with policyholders.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, and a willingness to obtain a state insurance license after hire. A hybrid schedule with some in-office and work-from-home days may be available after training.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous insurance background is a plus, but not required.
• After hire, employees will be required to obtain a state insurance license and meet continuing education requirements to maintain their license (comprehensive training will be provided)

• Conduct professional countrywide telephone conversations in a high call volume environment
• Assist customers with various billing and policy change transactions over the phone
