Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Active Life & Health license required.

• Ability to learn new systems and stay compliant.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships through value-based interactions.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service for policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims.
• Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and benefits.
• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
