Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Sales Agent to develop lead sources and drive insurance and membership sales, mainly offsite, supporting club growth and service quality objectives. The Sales Agent provides information and guidance on member services and new insurance products through needs analyses to help members make informed selections.

You will establish processes to review existing book of business, maintain relationships, and ensure underwriting guidelines are followed for accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 1-3 years Insurance sales/service preferred.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills required.
• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel required.
• Previously demonstrated advanced level of competitive and persistent nature required.
• Advanced organization skill required.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and assignments.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and memberships and achieve production targets.
• Develop a sales strategy and prospect leads through various channels.
• Provide service and process changes for existing policies and records.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Collect payments and maintain security of club monies.
• Attend trainings and meetings for product knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Build relationships with members and insureds for retention.
• Provide leads to other departments as appropriate.
