Job summary

You will perform needs analysis to help members choose products and ensure underwriting guidelines are followed.

Responsibilities include building relationships, providing service to members, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's equivalence or combined education/experience preferred.
• 1-3 years insurance sales/service preferred.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) required.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships and insurance products; develop sales strategy to meet targets.
• Prospect for opportunities through community activities, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct needs analyses, quote rates, inspect vehicles or property, and complete documentation.
• Provide service via in-person, phone, email, or correspondence; process changes.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities; maintain relationships and referrals.
• Collect payments and ensure secure handling of club monies and receipts.
• Attend trainings; adhere to underwriting rules and guidelines.
