Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Sales Agent to network, develop leads, set appointments and conduct inspections primarily offsite. You will sell club memberships and insurance products, guiding members through a needs analysis to help them choose the right options.

The role emphasizes reviewing existing policies, maintaining relationships for high retention and referrals, and ensuring accurate, timely documentation per underwriting rules and guidelines. Travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years in Insurance sales or service preferred.
• Advanced oral and written communication required.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and memberships.
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve targets.
• Prospect for membership and insurance opportunities.
• Quote rates, inspect vehicles or property, and complete underwriting paperwork.
• Provide service to members in person, by phone, email or correspondence.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all transactions.
