AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Sales Agent to drive insurance and membership sales, perform needs analyses, and guide members through product selections. The role emphasizes offsite activities, appointment setting, inspections, and maintaining strong relationships with existing member base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 1-3 years Insurance sales/service preferred.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills required.
• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel required.
• Valid Driver's License and DMV record with minimum liability insurance - issued by state required.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License, active in selling state - issued by state required.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and memberships and develop a sales strategy to achieve production targets.
• Prospect for potential membership and insurance sales opportunities through direct mail, referrals, networking, and events.
• Quote rates, inspect vehicles or property, and complete underwriting documentation with accepted criteria.
• Provide service to members in person, by phone, e-mail, or correspondence; process policy changes and updates.
• Conduct policy reviews to identify cross-sell opportunities and maintain relationships with members.
