Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Sales Agent to develop leads, set appointments, and conduct offsite inspections. You will explain member services and new insurance products, perform needs analyses, and guide customers to suitable products while reviewing existing policies to maintain retention.

Responsibilities include selling memberships and insurance, achieving targets, and maintaining accurate documentation in line with underwriting guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree equivalent combined with education and experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of insurance sales or service preferred; strong communication skills required.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and memberships; develop a sales strategy to meet targets.
• Prospect for opportunities through community events, referrals, and networking.
• Quote rates after needs analysis, inspect vehicles or property, and complete underwriting-compliant paperwork.
• Provide member service in person, by phone, email, or correspondence; process policy changes.
