Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Sales Agent to prospect for memberships and insurance products, conduct needs analyses, and guide members in product selections. You will collect payments, maintain records, and support growth while adhering to underwriting guidelines and maintaining relationships with existing policyholders.

The role involves offsite activities, community outreach, and periodic travel to meetings or events to drive referrals and expand the member base.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years Insurance sales/service preferred.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel required.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and memberships to meet production targets.
• Conduct needs analyses to quote rates and qualify applicants; inspect vehicles or property and complete documentation.
• Provide service to members via in-person, phone, email, or correspondence; process changes to policies and memberships.
