Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service requests from customers and carriers, educating clients and making recommendations.
• Manage new and renewal insurance marketing, negotiate with carriers, and prepare proposals.
• Analyze coverage suitability and advise on additional coverage options.
• Update and maintain client data in the agency management system.
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with the team.
• Provide overall excellent customer service and adhere to policies and workflows.
