Responsibilities

• Work with customers and carriers to handle incoming service requests.
• Inform, educate, and make recommendations to clients, carriers and underwriters.
• Manage new and renewal insurance marketing, including negotiating with carriers.
• Prepare presentations and proposal materials, collecting customer information and ordering insurance policies from carriers.
• Update customer information and ensure data is accurately captured in the agency management system.
• Upsell and cross-sell opportunities with colleagues to grow client coverage.
• Provide effective and efficient customer service with the sales and service team.
• Follow organization policies, procedures, and established workflows, maintaining confidentiality.
