Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, underwriting, or commercial lines within a carrier or broker environment.
• Familiarity with insurance markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines preferred.
• Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversee servicing of a diverse book of business, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of policies and endorsements.
• Coordinate submission information for marketing, including applications and schedules.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals; bind coverage per agency guidelines.
