Job summary

Relation Insurance, Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator to ensure accuracy and timely handling of policy documents, renewals, and client servicing tasks.

You will act as the primary administrative contact for client policies and stay current on industry products and regulatory changes. In this role you will support the Account Management team, review carrier documents, assist with renewals, and help retain clients while protecting the company’s interests.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial point of contact for the client.
• Provide recommendations on coverage changes in partnership with Account Management Team.
• Maintain client files accurately and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with remarketing renewals to improve account retention.
• Prepare proposals as directed by the Account Manager.
• Review policies from carriers for accuracy and handle endorsements and applications.
