Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator in California to ensure accurate policy documents, renewals, and day-to-day servicing. You will be the main contact for administrative tasks related to client policies and stay updated on insurance products and industry trends.

You will support account management with renewals, endorsements, and accuracy checks, while maintaining high-quality documentation and customer communication. A CA license and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license from state of domicile required.
• AINS and/or CISR designation preferred.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of client service experience in personal lines.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus or a must in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Serves as initial point of contact for the client and monitors questions.
• Identifies and resolves routine client issues in partnership with Account Management Team.
• Maintains accurate client files and proper documentation.
• Assists in remarketing renewals and prepares proposals as directed by the Account Manager.
• Reviews policies from carriers for accuracy and expedites corrections.
• Ensures carriers respond promptly to expedite claim settlements.
• Keeps up to date with industry trends, products, legislation, and technology.
• Fully adopts AI solutions into the service process to improve client service.
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
