Job summary

Relation Insurance, Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator for Personal Lines to ensure accurate policy documents, renewals, and client servicing.

You will be the main client contact, coordinate with Account Management for coverage changes, maintain files, and support remarketing of renewals. The role requires a P&C license, 3 years of personal lines client service experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• P&C license required from state of domicile.
• AINS and/or CISR designation preferred.
• HS diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of client service experience in personal lines.
• Spanish/English bilingualism a plus in some locations.
• In-depth understanding of personal lines of coverage.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to client sites.
• Experience with agency management and online rating systems.

Responsibilities

• Serves as initial client contact and handles inquiries.
• Recommends coverage changes with Account Management Team.
• Maintains accurate client files and proper documentation.
• Assists with renewal remarketing to improve retention.
• Prepares proposals as directed by the Account Manager.
• Reviews carrier policies for accuracy and handles endorsements.
• Communicates audit differences to clients.
• Attempts to retain clients during cancellations while protecting company interests.
• Adopts new technology, including AI solutions, to improve service.
