Job summary

Relation Insurance Services is seeking an Account Coordinator in Modesto, CA to ensure accuracy and timeliness of policy documents, renewals and servicing requests. You will be the primary contact for administrative tasks related to client policies and stay abreast of insurance product developments.

The role emphasizes supporting the Account Management team, handling routine client issues, and maintaining precise documentation while leveraging technology to deliver top-tier service.

Qualifications

• License: Property & Casualty from state of domicile
• AINS and/or CISR preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Four-year degree preferred
• 3+ years client service in personal lines insurance
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus in some locations
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, agency systems, and rating tools

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial client contact and coordinate with Account Management on coverage changes
• Identify and resolve routine client issues
• Maintain accurate client files and documentation
• Assist with renewal remarketing and proposals
• Review carrier policies for accuracy and expedite endorsements
• Ensure prompt carrier responses to expedite claim settlements
• Communicate audit differences and corrections to clients
• Review cancellations to retain clients while protecting company interests
• Keep up to date with industry trends and new products
• Adopt AI tools to improve client service delivery
• Participate in special projects as assigned
