Job summary

Relation Insurance Services is seeking an Account Coordinator to ensure accuracy and timeliness of policy documents, renewals, and servicing requests. You will act as the primary contact for administrative tasks related to client policies and stay current on insurance products and industry trends.

Responsibilities include client intake, issue resolution, file maintenance, renewal remarketing, policy reviews, and collaboration with carriers and account management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of client service experience in the insurance industry (commercial lines).
• Property and Casualty license required and must be maintained.
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus or required in some locations.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for the client and coordinate coverage changes with the Account Management Team.
• Identify, research, and resolve routine client issues.
• Maintain accurate client files and proper documentation in company systems.
• Assist the Account Management team with the remarketing of renewals and prepare proposals.
• Review policies for accuracy and assist with endorsements and applications.
• Ensure timely carrier responses to expedite claim settlements.
