Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in San Francisco, CA seeks a Client Administrator to provide technical support to Client Executives and clients, maintaining Business Insurance policies in line with the Procedures Manual and the Director, Client Services.

Responsibilities include processing paperwork for submissions and renewals (applications, binders, COIs, finance agreements, audits), reviewing loss runs, preparing the Summary Of Insurance, maintaining client files, and filing documents in ImageRight

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–5 years industry experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong understanding of insurance terminology and business insurance.
• California Fire & Casualty Solicitors License (unrestricted).
• Willingness to pursue advanced insurance designations and continuing education.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with filing and document management systems (ImageRight).

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork for new and renewal business (applications, binders, COIs, finance agreements, audits).
• Review loss runs and status reports; obtain missing/updated loss runs as needed.
• Prepare Summary Of Insurance and maintain client files.
• File documentation in ImageRight and manage tasks within the system.
• Participate in E&O audits and maintain positive client relationships.
