Marsh McLennan Agency in Montana is seeking a customer service professional to develop and deliver outstanding insurance and risk management service to our clients.

You'll work with the Business Insurance Client Management team and carriers to handle requests, issue certificates, coordinate policy materials, and maintain accurate client data in our system, while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Work with our Business Insurance Client Management team and carriers to handle incoming service requests.
• Manage and issue certificates of insurance for the assigned book of business.
• Coordinate account collaboration: negotiate with carriers, prepare materials, and order policies.
• Update customer information in the agency management system.
• Verify certificate coverages match policies and comply with state law.
• Provide effective and efficient customer service with the sales and service team.
• Follow policies, maintain files, ensure confidentiality and contribute as a team member.
