Job summary

Marsh & McLennan in San Diego, CA seeks a Senior Client Analyst to provide technical support for Client Executives and clients, ensuring accurate maintenance of Business Insurance policies. You will handle applications, binders, certificates, and related documents while coordinating communications with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or 2–5 years in the field, strong insurance terminology knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office and ImageRight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 2–5 years industry experience with related duties.
• Solid understanding of insurance terminology and brokers' functions.
• Current California firef & casualty license or in process.

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork for new and renewal business (applications, binders, certificates, policies).
• Review loss runs and claim status; prepare summaries for marketing submissions.
• Maintain client files and filing per regional guidelines.
• Support client executives with timely, accurate communications.
• Participate in audits and maintain positive internal relations.
