The position supports hybrid work arrangements across North America, leveraging Marsh’s expansive resources to deliver meaningful client outcomes and maintain industry-leading service standards.

Formación

• Leads client service execution by building personalized relationships and advocating for clients.
• Ensures adherence to procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Coaches Producers and Account Executives on client relationships and service delivery.
• Manages the client service implementation across all clients and drives improvements.
• Maintains knowledge of insurance carrier products, market trends and client needs.
• Oversees onboarding and development of direct reports and performance management.
