Qualifications

• Producers License for Property/Casualty or Life/Health, or able to obtain within 75 days.
• 2+ years of experience at the Account Manager or comparable level within an insurance agency.
• Previous management experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspires team members to provide remarkable service to clients and builds personalized relationships.
• Ensures adherence to procedures to improve efficiency and consistently executes the service platform.
• Coaches Producers and Account Executives on developing client relationships with service team members.
• Manages client service platform implementation across all clients and gathers feedback.
• Develops knowledge of carrier products, market trends, and industry niches.
• Leads and develops the direct reports with onboarding, coaching and performance goals.
