Job summary

Marsh Agency is seeking a Senior Client Service Representative to process policies and client documents, maintain data integrity in the agency management system, and provide routine client consultation. The role supports Account Managers and handles premium-related inquiries, payments, and certificates of insurance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Property and Casualty license or obtain within 75 days of onboarding.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Organized, detail oriented, timely and efficient.
• Strong work ethic, responsible, reliable, service oriented.
• Possession of or ability to obtain state P&C license.
• Strong math skills with understanding of basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Process policies, endorsements, audits, and other client documents in the agency management system with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare client documents for delivery via email, US Mail or hand delivery.
• Maintain data integrity in the agency management system so fields and documents are accurate and up to date.
• Provide routine consultation to clients and back up to Account Managers to assist internal and external clients.
• Assist with accounting issues related to premium and commission discrepancies and accounts receivable; direct clients with payment instructions and notices.
