You will build client relationships, oversee service workflows, coach producers and account executives, and ensure high standards while driving efficiency and results.

Qualifications

• Producers License for Property/Casualty or Life/Health, as appropriate for role
• 2+ years of experience at the Account Manager or comparable level within an insurance agency
• Previous management experience

Responsabilités

• Inspires team to provide remarkable client service by building personalized relationships and understanding clients' business.
• Ensures team members understand procedures to improve efficiency and executes the service platform with measurable results.
• Drives consistency in client service workflows and coaches staff to engage internal resources.
• Coaches Producers and Account Executives on developing and maintaining productive working relationships with service team members.
• Meets or exceeds service metrics and uses feedback to improve processes and efficiency.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of insurance carrier products, market trends and client niches.
• Manages implementation of the client service platform across all clients and gathers feedback for improvements.
• Demonstrates sound decision-making considering multiple perspectives and stakeholders.
