Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) seeks a Senior Client Service Manager to lead the Personal Lines account management team, deliver high-quality client service, support growth, and retain business across North America.

You will mentor staff, allocate workload, partner on retention and new business, and be the primary contact for clients, prospects, and internal teams, ensuring regulatory and professional standards.

Formación

• 3+ years of management experience recommended.
• Property & Casualty License preferred.
• Personal Lines Insurance experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, train, mentor, and oversee performance for an account management team.
• Coordinate team workload and staffing to ensure coverage and effective client support.
• Partner with colleagues to support client retention efforts and generate new personal lines business.
• Contribute to growth and retention strategies and support sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, producers, and internal teams.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, addressing complex questions and resolving escalated service issues.
• Deliver best-in-class client service to enhance the client experience and loyalty.
• Stay informed about market conditions, industry trends, and client needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, professional, and transparency standards.
