Job summary

Marsh Agency is seeking a results-driven Account Manager in the United States to lead client service delivery, coordinate with producers and the service team, and manage proposals and program options. You will build strong client relationships, analyze risk and coverage, and ensure data integrity across portals and systems.

You will collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely service execution, negotiate terms with underwriters, and contribute to a cohesive, enterprise-wide client

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license must be obtained within 75 days of onboarding.
• Available to travel to local and long-distance client meetings.
• Has means of transportation for local travel as needed.
• 2+ years Account Manager experience within an insurance brokerage or comparable.
• Experience with agency management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute client service strategies in collaboration with producers and service teams.
• Manage proposals, overview programs and service plans for clients.
• Builds personalized client relationships through multi-channel communication.
• Analyze risk and coverage; execute changes to programs and policies.
• Ensure accurate client portal data and access control.
• Explain coverage terms and options to clients as needed.
• Collaborate across departments for timely service execution and reporting.
• Develop cohesive client service experiences with other teams.
