Qualifications

• Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of personal insurance and markets.
• Knowledge of insurance company markets, binding authority, underwriting guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills to service customers.
• Ability to manage book of business and retain accounts.
• Ability to negotiate quotations with underwriters and evaluate client needs.
• Self-starter with time-management and organizational skills.
