Gobravvo Insurance is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to service existing policyholders, support inside sales, and help drive growth through proactive retention and new business. You will build relationships, review policies, and present insurance options in a consultative manner.

The role emphasizes multi-tasking, client focus, and use of technology to streamline processes. A P&C license is preferred and one year of insurance or financial services sales experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Property and casualty insurance license strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in insurance or financial services sales preferred.
• Demonstrated care and concern for clients’ insurance needs.
• Ability to multi-task and use technology for sales and service functions.
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
• Resilient in handling challenging customer interactions.

Responsabilités

• Service existing insurance customers and households with ongoing support and policy management.
• Engage in proactive policy retention strategies to maintain high client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Quote and prepare insurance proposals that address individual client needs.
• Conduct Insurance and Financial Reviews (IFRs) to ensure optimal coverage.
• Achieve both team and personal sales goals as part of agency growth objectives.
• Assist agency leadership with research, follow-up, and administrative support tasks.
• Utilize technology to enhance the sales and customer service process.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative office setting.
