Qualifications

• Current state-specific license required.
• Commit a minimum of three years to the Program.
• Ability to review information, make decisions and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Strong desire to advance to the position of a Broker.
• Ability to understand and analyze necessary components of insurance policies.
• Recognize new trends and developments in the insurance industry and incorporate into strategy.
• Maintain current knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Good written and verbal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work extended hours when necessary.
• Ability to maintain travel schedule depending on the needs of clients, Agents, and new business.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and cultivate client and agent relationships.
• Promote new business and renewal business to achieve production goals with minimal supervision.
• Market and broker CRC products and services.
• Negotiate best terms and coverages with accessible markets.
• Prepare submissions for markets and secure quotes.
• Monitor accounts to ensure policy compliance.
• Assist broker in meeting production goals as assigned by CRC.
• Attend workshops/seminars/continuing education to stay informed.
• Maintain licenses to produce business.
