CRC Group is seeking an Associate Broker to support lead brokers on existing accounts while developing producer-level technical expertise. You will learn deal execution, build relationships, and progressively take ownership of market strategy and account outcomes.

The role entails submission strategy, carrier placement, negotiations, and servicing clients with agents and carriers. Requires a bachelor’s degree or insurance license and offers a base salary of $75,000–$90,000 with room to grow.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant insurance designation preferred.
• Early-career experience in wholesale insurance or related environment.
• Interest in business development, sales strategy, and market positioning.
• Current state-specific insurance license required.

Mansioni

• Assist with submission strategy, carrier placement, and quotes.
• Support marketing and brokering activities by identifying coverage solutions.
