Qualifikationen

• College degree or appropriate insurance designation.
• Current state license required.
• Commit a minimum of three years to the Program.
• Ability to review information, make decisions and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Strong desire to advance to the position of a Broker.
• Ability to understand and analyze insurance policies.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain and cultivate excellent client and agent relationships.
• Promote new business and/or renewal business to achieve production/market criteria with minimal supervision.
• Market and broker CRC products and services.
• Negotiate the best terms and coverages with accessible markets.
• Prepare submissions for markets and secure quotes.
• Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist broker with meeting or exceeding production goals as assigned by CRC.
• Maintain knowledge of the insurance industry through ongoing learning.
• Maintain necessary licenses to produce business.
