Farmers Insurance - Rappa District is seeking multiple Agents In Training (Protege Agents) who are ready to build strong customer relationships, develop professionally, and grow within the insurance industry. We are willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to succeed.

You will contact prospective customers by phone, email, text, and other approved methods, follow up on leads, prepare and present quotes, explain coverage options,

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required.
• Ability to pass background checks and carrier appointment requirements.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for business ownership and growth.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, identify customer needs, and close business in a consultative sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers by phone, email, text, and other approved communication methods
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospective customers
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer's needs
• Prepare and present insurance quotes
• Educate customers about available coverage options
• Sell auto, home, renters, life, business, and other insurance products
• Cross-sell additional products to new and existing customers
• Build referral relationships within the community
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and sales activity
• Meet individual and agency sales, activity, and retention goals
• Participate in sales training, coaching, role-playing, and team meetings
• Provide professional and responsive service throughout the sales process
• Follow all agency, carrier, and regulatory requirements
