Qualifications

• 1 year or more of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by identifying prospects and converting leads into policies.
• Consult with clients to assess insurance requirements and recommend coverage.
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and conduct policy reviews.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets to grow the agency.
• Stay current with product information and compliance standards.
