• Strong interest in sales and building a book of business.
• Able to generate new business via inbound/outbound activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through a mix of inbound and outbound sales activities (phone, text, email, virtual outreach).
• Conduct cold and warm calling to prospective customers and referral sources to build a sales pipeline.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to identify coverage needs and close opportunities.
• Build relationships in the community through local events and partnerships for referrals.
• Meet with customers in person, by phone, or virtually to review coverage and provide solutions.
• Educate clients on coverage options and risk strategies to aid informed decisions.
• Deliver high-quality service by handling policy changes, renewals, and claims support.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing book of business to increase value.
• Maintain accurate activity and CRM records; stay updated on product options and promotions.
