Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Active Michigan licenses (Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health) or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through inbound/outbound sales (phone, text, email, virtual).
• Conduct cold and warm calls to build a consistent sales pipeline.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and walk-ins to identify coverage needs and close opportunities.
• Build community relationships through local events and partnerships for referrals.
• Meet with customers in person/phone/virtually to review coverage and provide tailored solutions.
• Educate clients on coverage options, risk exposures, and protection strategies.
• Provide high-level service with policy changes, renewals, and claims support.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to increase account value and retention.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and customer records in CRM.
