Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interest in sales and business development.
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses.
• Excellent communication and professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through inbound/outbound activities.
• Conduct cold and warm calling to build a sales pipeline.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and walk-ins to close coverage needs.
• Build community relationships to create referral opportunities.
• Meet with customers to review coverage and recommend solutions.
• Educate clients on options and risk exposures.
• Provide service on policy changes, renewals, and inquiries.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within the book of business.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and agency systems.
• Stay updated on Farmers products and promotions.
• Support growth by meeting production targets.
