Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Michigan Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health licenses.
• Strong interest in sales and business development.
• Able to work in-office with potential remote options and flexible schedule.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Conduct cold and warm calls to build a sales pipeline.
• Follow up on leads to identify coverage needs and close opportunities.
• Attend local events to develop referral partnerships.
• Meet with customers to review coverage and propose solutions.
• Educate clients on options and risk exposure.
• Maintain CRM records and stay updated on product offerings.
