Prospect for new partnerships within the Maryland business community to expand our local reach.
Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and clear communication when they need us most.
Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible value for our clients.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all policy filings meet state compliance standards.
Current Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or customer advocacy.
Strong proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to explain complex policy details in plain, simple terms.
Active listening skills and a genuine interest in problem-solving for others.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent life experience in a client-facing role.
