Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Strong track record in relationship-based sales or customer advisory roles.
• Clear and articulate communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
• High level of comfort navigating digital tools and office software.
• Exceptional listening, information synthesis, and solution presentation skills.
• Genuine service mindset toward local families and businesses.

Responsibilities
