Identify the unique needs of our local community members and provide them with suitable insurance protection.
Develop and maintain lasting relationships with current and prospective clients through regular check-ins.
Provide clear explanations of policy terms, coverage options, and potential risks to ensure clients feel well-informed.
Process renewals and manage policy changes with high attention to detail.
Participate in local community events to increase our agency presence and build local trust.
Collaborate with the broader team to reach collective office goals while maintaining a helpful atmosphere.
Current Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or customer-focused account management.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with standard office software and agency management systems.
Clear and effective verbal communication skills for daily client interaction.
Ability to obtain a Life and Health license within the first six months of employment.
