Maryland Property & Casualty insurance producer license.
Three years of professional sales experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong comfort level with quoting software and client management databases.
Clear, empathetic, and professional communication skills.
Deep understanding of risk assessment and local coverage nuances in Maryland.
High school diploma or equivalent.
