You will work with daily leads provided by GEICO, quote and close opportunities, and help clients select appropriate protection across Auto, Home, Renters, and more.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated job stability and professional reliability.

Responsibilities

• Work daily leads provided by GEICO Corporate — no cold calling required.
• Connect with prospective customers and uncover their insurance needs.
• Quote and close incoming sales opportunities.
• Assist walk-in prospects and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Educate customers on coverage options and help them choose appropriate protection.
• Sell a broad range of personal lines products, including Auto, Home, Renters, Motorcycle, Boat, and more.
• Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities through the sales process.
• Build strong customer relationships that lead to retention, referrals, and additional business.
• Maintain accurate customer information and policy documentation.
